Location: YEIDA Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A in the Greater Noida/Jewar catchment. Do not describe these as NOIDA Authority plots.
Published dates: Original application 6 April–6 May 2026; advertised draw 18 June 2026. The later existing-allottee payment extension ended 29 September 2026.
Important: HIGH risk for a presumed quick resale: this is a 90-year lease, not unrestricted freehold. The original as-is brochure anticipated about five years for development before possession, required construction/occupancy within three years of the lease deed, and imposed authority transfer conditions. The payment notice allowed payment through 29 September with 13.50% annual interest compounded half-yearly and referred to cancellation proceedings under clause 19(iii). It does not prove that every defaulting allotment was actually cancelled. New availability is not established by the surviving brochure or result page.
