Our source standard

We prioritize authority pages, official brochures, notices, circulars and corrigenda, followed by authority-linked application portals and official regulatory records. News and videos may identify a lead; they do not establish availability, price, eligibility or a deadline.

Three separate streams

1. Government and development-authority residential plots.
2. DDA public flats.
3. TCP Haryana official e-Draw regulated private-builder affordable flats, not government-owned housing.

Checked facts and visible unknowns

Actionable facts should link to official evidence and a checked-at time in India Standard Time. We distinguish live inventory, static offer lists, login-gated balances and unavailable official pages. A brochure's offer count is not a verified current unsold balance.

Where official sources conflict, we flag the conflict and use the earliest safe deadline. Headline prices are not all-in acquisition costs: additional authority charges, taxes, registration, finance and verification must be considered.

Historical records and corrections

Past Bulletins describe what was checked at publication time, not today's availability. Read the latest Bulletin and recheck the official portal before acting. Material errors follow our public corrections policy.

Applicant privacy

We do not publish applicant names, application numbers, identity documents, personal phone numbers, bank details or complete applicant and result lists. Never send us passwords, OTPs or identity documents.
