TCP Project 229
The second e-draw for 13 Sohna 2-BHK flats opened on 15 October. Use 3 November as the safe pay-and-apply deadline.
TCP Project 230
The draw moved forward to 16 October. Winner and wait-list artifacts are live: 680 allocated rows and 163 wait-list rows.
DDA Awas Nivesh
Eligibility, payment and transfer terms are now verified. The scheme closes 31 January 2027 or when inventory ends.

DDA Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026
Booking opens 20 OctWho can book: an Indian citizen aged 18+ with PAN and a savings account. There is no existing-property restriction, and more than one flat may be booked.
Booking process
- Register on the official DDA Awaas Portal using PAN. Existing portal registrants do not pay the scheme fee again.
- From noon on 20 October, select a specific flat.
- Pay Rs 1 lakh within 15 minutes in one net-banking or card transaction.
- Check the portal for the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter, normally issued within a week.
- Pay the full price within 60 days of the letter to avoid interest.
Before paying: the brochure title says Pockets 3 and 4, while the annexure and circular say Pockets 3 and 6. Confirm the exact pocket and flat. Maintenance, Rs 2,000 water charge and freehold conversion are extra.
Indicative all-in: about Rs 15.70-15.76 lakh for a woman buyer or Rs 16.00-16.06 lakh for a man, before maintenance, water and conversion charges.

Important: these are privately built flats regulated through TCP Haryana's e-Draw system. Project 229 has an HRERA site-plan hearing after the payment cutoff. Project 232 still needs written clarification on the licensee name change and charges.

The Anantya draw was held on 16 October, earlier than the previously listed 27 October date.
