No government plot open; one TCP Haryana project closing soon

No qualifying individual government residential plot was open or officially confirmed upcoming. TCP Haryana Project 231, Mansha Evernest, was the only live e-Draw opportunity.

HSVP, GDA, MDA, YEIDA and DDA had no qualifying public individual residential plot opportunity.
New DDA flat circulars were visible but were not counted as government plots.
Mansha Evernest, Project ID 231, offered 906 private-builder flats in Sector 114, Faridabad.
What changed
- Mansha Evernest applications closed on 30 September 2026.
- The project showed 632 two-bedroom and 274 three-bedroom units.
- Anantya, Project ID 230, had moved from open to closed.
- MDA's September auction had completed, but no result was available in this bulletin.
Decision note
The bulletin flagged a material conflict between the TCP licence validity and the displayed project completion timeline. Written clarification and Haryana RERA condition compliance were required before payment.
Cost and risk note
Displayed carpet rates were not treated as all-in prices. Parking, balcony charges, registration, stamp duty, utilities, maintenance, finance and legal verification still had to be added.
