- Anantya displayed a proposed draw date of 27 October 2026.

Decision note
The MDA booklet and portal displayed different deadline times. The earlier official noon deadline was used as the safe deadline rather than relying on the portal's later time.
Cost and risk note
The MDA reserve price excluded potential location premium, freehold charges, utilities, stamp duty, registration, finance and legal or site-verification costs.
